Meet some of our leaders!

 

At TrinityWomen, we offer a wide range of ministries and opportunities for spiritual growth and fellowship.  Here are a few spotlights on the special ladies who serve our community!

Board Members

Ella Johnson - TW Co-Director and Co-Director of TW Prayer Ministry
  • Length of attendance or membership at TrinityLife: I began attending Trinity in 1986, became a member, and I've been here ever since.

  • Personal: I am single with three kids and three grandchildren.

  • Ministry Activity at TrinityLife: I’ve served as a Sunday School teacher and nursery worker and have been involved with the kitchen, hospitality, Holy Grounds, and prayer ministries. 

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact: I love serving and praying for other people is my passion.

  • I enjoy being involved with TrinityWomen because: it enables me to share my love of Christ with everyone.

Daisy Manurung - Events, International and Young Adults Coordinator
  • Length of attendance/membership:  Attending Trinity since 2000.

  • Personal: I was born and raised in Sumatra, Indonesia, moved to the Maryland, United States in 1999. I am currently working as an Accountant for Gemalto Inc, a data security company located in Belcamp, Maryland. 

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife: I am a choir member since 2001, in the second soprano section; I teach the 3-years old sunday school children; and I serve as an event coordinator for TrinityWomen's ministry.

  • One fun/interesting Fact: I grew up the largest moslem country in the world, bore witness to different aspects of persecutions, but at the same time I was so honored to be able to witness God's incredible movements there as well, Immanuel.

  • I enjoy being in the choir, because I love music and I love to worship God, each time is such a magical moment with him. I love teaching the 3 years old sunday school children, because they are so precious. I especially love teaching them how to communicate with God. I dearly love the TrinityWomen's ministry, I treasure the friendships and the fellowships with my sisters in Christ. There I have found great mentors, great women I can look up to, and so many lovely friends from all around the world, I love my sisters.

Carola Strolger - Outreach Coordinator/Sewing with a Purpose
  • Length of attendance/membership:  I’ve been attending since June 2013 and became a member in September 2013.

  • Personal: I’ve been married for 15 years and we have 3 children.

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife:  I lead the Sewing with a Purpose ladies’ group and serve on the Welcome Team, Thanksgiving basket, Christmas outreach, costume and photography ministries.

  • One fun/interesting Fact: I love sewing, crafts and photography. I am from Chile and speak Spanish.

  • I truly enjoy being involved with TrinityWomen Missions because I love to see many sisters discovering their gifts that GOD gave them and putting them in service to bless others! And this service does not mean necessarily traveling around the world.  I love even more to see people from all ages, races, colors, many countries and cultures together.  I love to fellowship with each one of them! 

Kelley Murphy - Site Administrator
  • Length of attendance or membership at TrinityLife: since 1994.

  • Personal: I just graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a B.A. in Writing and Communications! 

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife: I'm a Sunday School Teacher for three-year-olds and a member of the Welcome Team. I'm also a leader at our Young Adults ministry, The Bridge, and am the current hostess of our Girl's Bible Study.

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact: I've been going to Trinity since I was a baby!

  • I enjoy being involved with TrinityWomen because: It's a great way for young people to meet Christian women who have the experience to befriend us, teach us, and mentor us as we go into the real world!

Small Group Leaders

Laurel Ewell - Tuesday Morning Bible Study
  • Length of attendance or membership at TrinityLife: Since 2000.

  • Personal: I have been married to Terry Ewell for 35 years.

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife: I have served as a children’s church worker, been a part of the Trinity Orchestra, and been the leader of the Tuesday Morning Bible Study.

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact: I lived in Hong Kong for seven years.

  • I enjoy being involved in the Tuesday Morning Bible Study because of the wonderful women who a part of this group. I am blessed each and every week as they share their spiritual insights and wisdom. 

Natalie Williams - Mom Life
  • ​Length of attendance or membership at TrinityLife:  Since 2009.

  • Personal: I currently attend Loyola University of Maryland pursuing my Masters degree in Pastoral Counseling. I love spending quality time with my grandchildren. I recently turn 50 and I am excited about the next phase of my life.

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife: I have service as a leader at Celebrate Recovery; I work with Joyce in the kitchen. In addition I serve at Holy Grounds and I love leading the Mom's life group on Wednesday night.

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact:  I love crocheting, and I have recently begun making and selling handcrafted jewelry and hair accessories.

  • I enjoy being involved with TrinityWomen because: It's a great opportunity for women to connect with each other and be role models for the next generation. 

Clara Chow - EmanuelWomen

  • ​Length of attendance or membership at TrinityLife:  I have attended Trinity on and off since the early 1990's.

  • Personal:  I worked as an IT specialist for the Social Security Administration about 28 years and have been retired since 2010.

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife:  Using conference call, I pray with Emmanuel Bible Fellowship sisters every day.

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact:  Every Sunday after our church service, we have lunch together. We have good fellowship and enjoy good Chinese food.

  • I enjoy being involved with Emmanuel Bible Fellowship because: I can use my mother tongue to worship God and fellowship with brothers and sisters.

Linda Wright - Wednesday Night Growth Group

  • Personal: I'm married and I have one daughter. 

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife: I serve as a table leader for the Wednesday night Bible Study.

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact: I enjoy spending my leisure time with family and friends: cooking, eating out, traveling or attending concerts. We spend lots of time together.

  • I enjoy being involved with Women’s ministry because: I enjoy being involved with the Wednesday Growth Groups because it is an honor to serve and amazing to see God at work bonding and connecting us through fellowship as we grow together in Christ. 

Kandace Lecocq - Renew Fitness Ministry

  • Personal: I have been married to Anthony since 2011.

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife: Pastoring Remix Student Ministries with Anthony and teaching fitness classes at Renew. 

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact: I once received a concussion from a bird hitting me in the head while I was driving. 

  • I enjoy being involved with Renew because: I love getting to be a part of a close knit environment where women can work out and feel renewed physically but also feel renewed spiritually through our devotional time and time with one another.  I also love the outreach opportunities that this program provides by being able to invite your friends to a high quality, free fitness class where Jesus is present.  

Maria Cristina Lopez - Culinary Ministry

  • Attendance at Trinity: I've have attended Echo Church in the past years but since I moved I've been attending Trinity since April 2006.

  • Personal: I was born in the beautiful city of Caracas, Venezuela. I came to the United States after I finished college to learn more English,  but  I ended up getting married and becoming a proud Mother of two beautiful children, Emily and Alexander. After my second child was born to make things even more interesting, I decided to go to Culinary School, I became a Chef and I have been in the kitchen since then. I have been working at the Hilton Garden Inn for the last 11 yrs, I've also worked freelance for various restaurants in the Baltimore Area. When I'm not at work I'm catering on my own making "Live Paella", at Parties which I really enjoy or baking all kinds of sweets for my small baking business, bmoresweet

  • Personal Service at Trinity: I started attending Trinity in April , since I moved and started to enjoy the service but I couldn't attend as regular as I wanted to because of work, so I made up my mind and gave up working on Sunday since May 2016 and decided to put God first in my life since then I have met so many wonderful people and started to experience so many blessings in my life. I enjoyed the Community at Trinity and the Women Ministry. I'm still a work under construction!

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact: I rather go outside, walk in the park or go hiking than stay inside or watch TV. I Love to travel, explore new cultures and make friends. I would really love to have an opportunity to teach teenagers some of my cooking skills, especially the troubled kids that so many of us have given up on and help them see how much God loves them and help them feel proud of themselves.

Etta Watkins - TW Co-director and Director of TW Prayer Ministry
  • Length of attendance/membership: I started attending Trinity in January 1997.  I joined Trinity in June 1998.

  • Personal: I have been married to Gregory Watkins for 17 years. I have three children, my twins, Damond and Danean, and youngest Shannon, I have six beautiful grandchildren - 5 girls and one grandson.  I have worked for the Federal Reserve Bank Baltimore Branch for 39 years and am now retired.

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife:  I joined the choir in 1998 and I enjoy being a part of the praise ministry at Trinity. I have also served as a prayer leader for the Trinity Women's Ministry.

  • One fun/interesting Fact: I love to sing, I love the hot dog days of summer.

  • I enjoy being involved with TrinityWomen because: I enjoy singing and being in the presence of the Lord, the word says the Lord inhabits the praises of His people and worshipping ushers us into His presence.

  • Length of attendance or membership at TrinityLife:  Since 1984.

  • Personal: I have been married to Tom since 1956.  We have five grown children, 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife: I began and led a 12-step group, Overcomers Outreach, for 22 years, facilitated a women's 12-step group with Celebrate Recovery, I am involved with Women's Aglow, I have been a member of the Trinity choir since 1995. I worked at Trinity as receptionist for 17 years.

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact: Since I retired from my receptionist job at Trinity in 2010, my dog, Penny, and I visit nursing homes and senior centers as members of Pets on Wheels.

  • I enjoy being involved with Women's Ministry because: hopefully, I can encourage other senior women to become more involved.

Bea Hogan - Social Media
  • Length of attendance and leadership: I have visited Trinity for years. I became a member and regular attender in 2009.

  • Personal:  I am a Special Needs Teacher's assistant in Baltimore County Public Schools in New Town Elementary.  I have been married to Dan who is the General Manager of the Landmark Harbor East movie theater in Baltimore city, for almost 37 years and we have three grown sons; my youngest Adam who is my miracle and who attends Trinity, my middle son Kevin who is a social worker for special needs adults and is married to Heather and they attend another local church, and my oldest son Brian who is a Youth Minister at Bethel Baptist in Ellicott city with his wife Rachel and my two cherub grandsons, Caleb (9) and Toby (8) who are the light of my life.

  • Ministry Activity at Trinity Life: I sing soprano with the choir and love every minute of it... I volunteer in the Aquarium nursery with God's gifts every month, and I am blessed to serve on TrinityWomen's Team as Social Media contact! I also love being a part of the Trinity Drama group!

  • One fun or interesting fact:  I was blessed to get to know President Reagan while my husband was in the Navy and serving him at both Camp David and at the While House! I also sing with a touring group of Christians from multiple local churches called WitnesSing!

  • I enjoy being involved with Trinity Women because: I love surrounding myself with sisters in Christ... their beauty shines all the time and each and every one of them inspire me!

Roslyn Goode - Hospitality Coordinator
  • Year that attendance or membership at TrinityLife began: I have been attending TrinityLife since August 1988 through the Single Parent ministry. I’ve been a member of TrinityLife since 1989.

  • Personal:  I’ve worked in the Information Technology field for many years.

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife: I’ve served in the Single Parent ministry, as a hostess, a Sunday School teacher, a choir member and on the administrative team of the Easter 1998 cantata.

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact: I enjoy singing and worshipping the Lord, reading, traveling, cooking and crocheting.

  • I enjoy being involved with TrinityWomen because: Serving women will be an opportunity to glorify God and allow me to use my talents and gifts for His purpose.

Elaine Bumbaugh - Bibles and Bagels
  • Length of attendance or membership at TrinityLife:  Since 1982.

  • Personal: I have been married to my husband Mark since 1972. 

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife: Participated in several programs during my time at Trinity including Women's Bible Study and Sunday School.   

  • I enjoy being involved with Bible and Bagels because the small group has formed a close personal bond of faith and knowledge. We pray for each daily and have seen many prayers answered.

Roxana Pintos - TrinidadWomen
  • Duración de la asistencia o participación en TrinityLife: He venido a TrinityLife en 2011.

  • Hechos personales: Me casé con Pastor Jonas Pintos en 1987.

  • Ministerio de TrinityLife: he servido en el Ministerio de Damas de mi Distrito en mi país por 10 años. Trabajo con las Mujeres hispanas de todo Maryland.

  • Un divertido o interesante Hecho: he estado en Uruguay, Argentina, Brasil y Chile.

  • Me gusta estar involucrado con TrinityWomen porque: es una oportunidad de ver a las mujeres crecer en su caminar con el Señor, y en relación con sus hermanas en Cristo.

Denise Raduano - Scrapalonians
  • ​Length of attendance or membership at TrinityLife:  Since 1995.

  • Personal: Pastor George & I have been married since 1977.

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife:  Children’s Ministries

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact:  I love to travel.  I love to scrapbook.

  • I enjoy being involved with TrinityWomen because:  I love to see the fellowship the women enjoy being a part of the Scrapbook group called the Scrapalonians.

Glenda Macas - Reisterstown Women's Service
  • ​Length of attendance or membership at TrinityLife: Since 1996.

  • Personal: I am Registered Nurse in a primary care practice. I work in pediatrics. I love babies and there are always lots of babies in the practice.

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife:  Co-Lead the Resiterstown Women’s Service Group and Echo Children’s Ministry

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact:  I have a strong Christian heritage. My parents taught me to love and serve others.

  • I enjoy being involved with TrinityWomen because: we have the opportunity to serve the poor and reach people for Christ.

Francie Correlli - EchoWomen

  • Length of attendence or membership at TrinityLife: We have been attending Echo for about two years now and finalized our membership this past year.

  • Personal: I have been married for 17 years to my hubby.  Our three amazing girls keep me busy at home with their schooling. Daily life is a blessing and an adventure!

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife: Children’s ministry

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact: If I can find some downtime you will always find me with a book in my hand or a sewing project for my house!

  • I enjoy being involved with Women’s ministry because:  The tapestry we create with our personalities and talents is a beautiful and intriguing work of art. I love “doing life” with God’s lovely women!

Susan Seto - Wednesday Night Growth Group

  • Personal: I have been married since 2004 to my husband, Timothy.  

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife: Co-lead one of the women’s growth groups on Wednesday nights.

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact: I have been a great fan of Hello Kitty since I was a little girl :)

  • I enjoy being involved with the Wednesday Night Growth Groups because: I wanted to be encouraged, fulfilled as well as becoming more involved to encourage and gain more fellowship with other brothers and sisters in Christ.

Kendal Ford - Renew Fitness Ministry

  • Personal: I’m a single Mommy to my daughter, Camryn.

  • Service Activity at TrinityLife: I am the admin assistant for The Bridge Young Adults and Discover Trinity Ministry. I also serve as one of the leaders for The Bridge.

  • One Fun or Interesting Fact: Many people find it odd that Kale is one of my favorite foods. I would eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

  • I enjoy being involved with Renew because: Fitness is a big part of my life and especially my Worship. I’ve been a personal trainer for a couple of years and I love helping people combine and bridge the gap between physical fitness and health to Worship of our God who deserves all of the Glory! 

Latasha Williams - Renew Fitness Ministry
