A Tribute to Cynny Anderson from the New Co-directors of TrinityWomen, Etta Watkins and Ella Johnson
Proverbs 31:10-13-31 King James Version (KJV)
10 Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies.
11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.
12 She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.
13 She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.
25 Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.
26 She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.
27 She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
28 Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.
29 Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.
30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.
31 Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.
Cynny, when I read this scripture, I think of you and your ministry to the body of Christ and the Women of Trinity. With your transition from Trinity to your new home in Atlanta, Ella and I want to say thanks on behalf of the ladies of TrinityLife. We know that your shoes cannot be filled, but we hope to try to continue on with your vision for the woman of TrinityLife. Your leadership of TrinityWomen has caused an upturn in all of our spirits. The freshness of your perspective and your inspiring leadership has helped our ladies and their families through some hard times. You have prayed and given us support through different times and challenges in our lives. We thank you for always being willing to help us during our time of need. Cynny, you will be missed greatly and we just want to say thank for your time, talent, and gifts you shared so freely with us at TrinityLife. We solicit your prayers for TrinityWomen and especially Ella and I as we strive pick up the mantle and lead the women of Trinity into their callings, while becoming the message of Christ to our world.
