Announcing: New Fitness Class for Seniors!


Hi Ladies,

I plan to begin the Sit & Fit exercise fitness classes for Seniors on Thursday morning, September 15, 2016. The classes will begin at 10:15 a.m. and end at 11:30 a.m. in room 300-D every

Thursday morning.

This will be a totally new experience for me and I am excited to join our Senior ladies to improve our core strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and circulation.

Our host, via DVD, will be Mary Ann Wilson, R.N.
